Canada - Vancouver (10./11.03.)

Stop 4.5: Canada - 27 hours in the great white north :)

Vancouver

This one's gonna be a very short post :) after our adventures in Hawaii we headed west towards the US east coast with a short stopover in Vancouver. We arrived early in the morning so we had one full day to explore the city before continuing to New York. 

We strolled around the famous Gastown neighboorhood, then through Chinatown,  through the large downtown shopping area on Robson Street and all the way down to Stanley Park. (We actually thought about hiking up the 800m in elevation of Grouse Mountain but we figured a rest day isn't to bad either!)

We liked Vancouver very much as it offers a great mix between city-life, the sea as well as close-by mountains and forests. It was a short stay but definitely a place to come back to some time :)
